We are looking for a Logistics Officer for Retail Wellness Industry who will be responsible for managing and optimizing day-to-day warehouse operations, inbound and outbound logistics, inventory management, and last-mile delivery. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and has strong coordination skills across multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth operational execution.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound (B2B & B2C)
- Evaluate daily outbound capacity through coordination with sales, retail, and other related teams.
- Monitor warehouse picking, packing efficiency, and order accuracy.
- Track daily orders and delivery status.
- Maintain delivery summary reports and ensure on-time fulfillment.
2. Inbound and Returns
- Coordinate with the inbound team and other stakeholders to ensure inbound import/L4L arrivals at the warehouse.
- Evaluate daily inbound capacity based on forecast and collaborate for capacity improvement.
- Monitor inbound receiving progress and maintain inbound reports.
- Handle return management processes, including discrepancy resolution and timeline tracking.
- Maintain return summary reports.
3. Inventory Management (B2B & B2C)
- Ensure inventory accuracy and proper stock movement documentation.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies between physical and system inventory.
4. Last Mile Delivery (B2B & B2C)
- Track daily truck availability and coordinate transporter schedules.
- Manage delivery timelines to meet customer expectations.
- Resolve any delivery issues, including discrepancies, late arrivals, or product losses.
5. Reporting & Vendor Coordination
- Prepare timely operational reports and forecasts.
- Maintain digital documentation for audit purposes.
- Coordinate with 3PL vendors for document submissions and compliance.
- Support logistics-related ad hoc activities assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiar with SAP or other ERP systems.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and verbal).
- Excellent analytical and coordination skills with strong attention to detail.
- Willing to work on-site (WFO) in West Jakarta with hybrid flexibility.
