Key Responsibilities

  • Design high-quality visual assets for marketing campaigns, digital ads, social media, and other brand touchpoints.
  • Develop visual concepts and creative materials for new product launches.
  • Assist in refining and maintaining the company's brand guidelines.
  • Produce design assets that align with business goals and resonate with fintech audiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with design and creative trends, especially in fintech, tech, and digital products.

Requirements

  • Proficient in English (written and spoken).
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field — or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer (agency experience or fintech/tech/startup background is a plus).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity across digital and print media.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, etc.) and AI tools (Midjourney, Sora, ChatGPT, or similar).
  • Solid understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, layout, and color theory.
  • Experience creating content for digital marketing and social media.
  • Able to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic motion graphics or video editing skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Bonus Points

  • Experience in fintech or digital product marketing.
  • Agency background (we appreciate that kind of hustle).
