Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality visual assets for marketing campaigns, digital ads, social media, and other brand touchpoints.
- Develop visual concepts and creative materials for new product launches.
- Assist in refining and maintaining the company's brand guidelines.
- Produce design assets that align with business goals and resonate with fintech audiences.
- Stay up-to-date with design and creative trends, especially in fintech, tech, and digital products.
Requirements
- Proficient in English (written and spoken).
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field — or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer (agency experience or fintech/tech/startup background is a plus).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity across digital and print media.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, etc.) and AI tools (Midjourney, Sora, ChatGPT, or similar).
- Solid understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, layout, and color theory.
- Experience creating content for digital marketing and social media.
- Able to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic motion graphics or video editing skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
