SUPERVISOR CONTACT CENTER - TEGAL
Job Descriptions
:
- Supervise, evaluate, and analyze the quality of call center operations.
- Maintain ongoing coaching and training sessions with Team Leaders to ensure continuous improvement.
- Propose and report new action plans or improvement initiatives to enhance service quality.
- Oversee overall operational performance, ensuring targets and SLAs are met.
- Support training for both new and existing agents, ensuring readiness and compliance.
- Provide comprehensive reports to clients on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in any related fields.
- Has experience as a Supervisor in Customer Service/Contact Center.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; English proficiency is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, including coaching, problem-solving, and decision-making.
- Willing to work immediately.
- Willing to be placed in Tegal, Central Java.
