SUPERVISOR CONTACT CENTER - TEGAL

Job Descriptions
:

  • Supervise, evaluate, and analyze the quality of call center operations.
  • Maintain ongoing coaching and training sessions with Team Leaders to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Propose and report new action plans or improvement initiatives to enhance service quality.
  • Oversee overall operational performance, ensuring targets and SLAs are met.
  • Support training for both new and existing agents, ensuring readiness and compliance.
  • Provide comprehensive reports to clients on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.

Requirements:

  • Min. Diploma in any related fields.
  • Has experience as a Supervisor in Customer Service/Contact Center.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; English proficiency is an advantage.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, including coaching, problem-solving, and decision-making.
  • Willing to work immediately.
  • Willing to be placed in Tegal, Central Java.
