Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, KOL management, or affiliate marketing.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and influencer trends.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize performance.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
  • Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, affiliate dashboards, or influencer management platforms is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies for KOL, influencer, and affiliate partnerships to increas sales.
  • Identify, recruit, and build relationships with KOLs and affiliate partners aligned with brand objectives.
  • Manage negotiation, contract agreements, and campaign briefs with KOLs and affiliates.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI).
  • Collaborate with the marketing, content, and social media teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
  • Prepare performance reports and insights for ongoing and completed campaigns.
  • Build and maintain an organized database and tracking system for KOL and affiliate partners.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-performing partners.
  • Stay up to date with influencer trends, affiliate marketing tools, and emerging platforms.
