Education & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Management, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in retail operations, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or head-level position.
- Proven experience managing multi-store operations on a national or regional scale.
- Strong knowledge in P&L management, business strategy, and store expansion planning.
