We are looking for a
Project Administrator (Civil)
to support our engineering and project management teams. This role requires strong technical understanding, accuracy, and coordination skills to ensure smooth project documentation, reporting, and communication across disciplines.
Job Description:
- Prepare, record, and distribute Minutes of Meeting (MoM) for project discussions and coordination meetings.
- Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, drawings, correspondence, and technical reports in line with company standards.
- Support engineers in tracking project progress, deliverables, and submission schedules.
- Manage document control, including version tracking, approval logs, and filing of design and construction documents.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams (Engineering, Finance, HR) and external stakeholders (clients, consultants, and vendors).
- Assist in preparing project presentations, progress summaries, and administrative reports for management review.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, and Infrastructure Engineering.
- Minimum 4 years of experience
as Project Administrator, Document Controller, or Project Engineer in an engineering or construction company. - Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and familiar with project-related software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD Viewer).
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and understanding of engineering workflows.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal).
- Proactive, disciplined, and able to manage multiple project activities under tight deadlines.
