Key Responsibilities:

Oversee maintenance, calibration, and repair of hospital facilities, medical devices, and utility systems.
Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
Supervise and coordinate the work of technical staff, contractors, and service vendors.
Ensure all equipment and facilities meet safety, regulatory, and operational standards.
Manage technical budgets, procurement, and inventory of spare parts and tools.
Conduct regular inspections and respond promptly to maintenance issues.
Collaborate with clinical and administrative departments to support operational needs.
Maintain documentation and reports related to maintenance and safety compliance.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Biomedical, or related field).
Minimum 5 years of experience in hospital engineering, maintenance, or facility management.
Proven experience in managing technical teams in a healthcare environment.
Strong knowledge of hospital infrastructure, medical equipment systems, and safety regulations.
Excellent leadership, planning, and troubleshooting abilities.
Proficient in maintenance management systems and Microsoft Office.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
