We are seeking a personable, experienced
human resources business partner
to join our growing organization. In this position, you will primarily act as a Business Partner for company management on all issues related to human resources. You should be a proactive communicator and change agent, someone who can successfully balance employee needs with business objectives to create integrated solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field
- 4 years of experience in performing wide range of HR generalist duties.
- Previous experience in human resources, professional development and training, or employee relations a plus
- Having experience in employee review performance, manage employee contract
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Consultancy skills, specifically diagnosis and contracting.
- Excellent coaching and relationship building skills.
- Solutions orientation balanced with delivery focus
- Analytical, interpretative and decision-making skills within a process environment.
