PERSOL APAC is currently assisting one of our clients in Fashion Retail Industry in finding great talent as a HRBP Assistant Manager ~ Manager with the requirement as follows:

South Jakarta

Job Responsibility:

  • Collaborate with managers and employees to align people strategies with business goals, support workforce planning, organizational structure, and guide people-related decisions.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, transfers, promotions, payroll accuracy, performance appraisals, salary reviews, exits, and HR reporting while ensuring compliance with budgets (staff costs, overtime).
  • Foster positive workplace culture through store visits, employee engagement programs, communication, and support for staff needs (enquiries, incentives, training, logistics, and operational assistance).
  • Manage and resolve employee relations and disciplinary issues, conduct investigations, handle grievances and labor disputes, provide counseling, and liaise with the Labor Office.
  • Identify and assess training needs, design and deliver training programs, manage schedules, records, budgets, and coordinate with trainers and partners to ensure effective learning outcome

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of HR experience (retail/fashion preferred), strong knowledge of HR practices and labor law
  • Proven ability to support store operations, talent management, and employee engagement across multiple locations.
  • Proficiency in performance management systems and driving appraisal processes
  • Expertise in talent acquisition and high volume retail hiring
  • Experience in compensation & benefits payroll coordination and workforce planning
