Core Responsibilities

​1. ​Client Development​: Establish and maintain relationships with key clients.

  • Strategic Execution​: Develop and implement data-driven sales strategies through comprehensive market analysis.

  • Track and report all sales activities, and support the learning and development of the sales team​.

Qualifications

Education​:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Petroleum Engineering, or related fields.

Experience​:

1.5-10 years of valve automation sales experience.

  • Minimum 2 years of documented success in energy sector client acquisition(oil & gas preferred).

  • Experience in processing the ABL/ AVL.

Language:

English (business negotiation level) with a proven track record of cross-cultural communication

Bahasa Indonesia is a strong plus
