Qualifications:

  • Min. Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Communication Design, or any related field.
  • Min. 5 years of experience in Visual Merchandise Manager in Mall / Retail Industry.
  • Experience in executing promotional or seasonal displays and utilizing planogram and store layout software.
  • Proficiency in creative design and spatial planning, including store layouts, décor, stage, and display setup.
  • Strong ability to conceptualize and execute visual themes that enhance brand storytelling and customer experience.
  • Strongly leadership, communication, and creativity skills.
  • Willing to placed at ASHTA - South Jakarta.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of creative visual merchandising strategies, ensuring all displays, store layouts, and décor align with brand identity and enhance customer experience.
  • Design and implement promotional and seasonal display concepts using planogram and store layout software to maximize visual impact and sales performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and design teams to translate brand storytelling into engaging in-store visual presentations.
  • Manage spatial planning and fixture arrangements, including gondolas, stages, and display setups, to optimize store flow and aesthetics.
  • Supervise and mentor the visual merchandising team, fostering creativity, effective communication, and consistent visual standards across all retail locations.
