岗位职责
具体职责如下:
Specific responsibilities are as follows:
1、跟踪掌握市场供给状况,参与规划采购策略;
Track and understand market supply conditions, and participate in the planning of procurement strategies;
2、结合物资需求,有序开展采购询价、议价、商谈谈判、签订采购订单合同、物流跟踪等,并保障物资按时按质按量到货,满足公司生产经营需求;
Based on material requirements, carry out orderly procurement activities such as inquiry, price negotiation, business discussions, contract/order signing, logistics tracking, etc., ensuring timely, quality, and quantity delivery of materials to meet the company's production and operational needs;
3、制定物资年度开发计划,按计划搜源,完成新供应商/新物资引入,优化原料供应资源,满足使用需求及供应保障;
Develop the annual sourcing plan for materials, source suppliers according to the plan, introduce new suppliers/materials, and optimize raw material supply resources to meet usage and supply security requirements;
4、定期跟踪评估供应商供货绩效,制定供应商管理方案,不断提升供应服务水平。
Regularly monitor and evaluate supplier performance, formulate supplier management plans, and continuously improve the level of supply service.
- 了解进出口业务及海关通关流程。
Knowledge of import-export operations and customs clearance procedures.
Job Requirements
任职要求
我们希望你:
1、本科及以上学历,材料/化学/化工/环境/机械/自动化/计算机/大数据管理与应用/物流工程与管理/国际经济与贸易/工业工程/供应链管理/英语等相关专业;
Hold a bachelor's degree or above in Materials, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, Big Data Management and Applications, Logistics Engineering and Management, International Economics and Trade, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, English, or other related fields;
2、具备良好的沟通表达及谈判能力、专业的数据分析能力;
Possess strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, as well as solid data analysis abilities;
3、良好的中文读写和沟通能力。
Have good Chinese reading, writing, and communication skills.
