Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and provide what customer need. Daily tasks include identifying sales opportunities, managing sales processes,promote our service to a new and existing customer, maintaining client communication to ensure satisfaction, communicate with all operational to ensure service quality and p
rovide market feedback and competitor insights to management
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Sales and Sales Management minimum 1 years ( MLO,NVOCC,FORWARDING,EMKL)
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Experience in the shipping industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration,Logistic,Marine or related field
- Fluent in English and also Mandarin is a plus
