Key Responsibilities
- Lead market intelligence & research to identify trends, customer needs, competitor movement, and new business opportunities.
- Provide clear, data-driven insights to guide commercial strategy and decision-making.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing initiatives across branding, digital, campaigns, promotions, PR, and events.
- Develop targeted campaigns and promotional programs to support sales activation and service adoption.
- Strengthen B2B partnership and collaboration initiatives to expand market reach.
- Manage customer loyalty and retention programs based on behavioral insights.
- Oversee outlet branding, signage consistency, and on-ground activation standards.
- Coordinate corporate events, public engagement, and participation in industry exhibitions.
- Optimize digital tools, reporting, and operational processes to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Provide strong leadership to the marketing team—building capability, ensuring alignment, and driving high-quality execution.
Requirements
- 8+ years of marketing experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or B2B industries.
- Strong expertise in market research, analytics, and competitive intelligence.
- Proven track record in campaign development, branding, promotions, and digital marketing.
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
