We are hiring Procurement & Inventory Staff for one of our F&B outlet located in Verona Junction, Gading Serpong Tangerang Banten.
Working arrangement Hybrid (3 WFO, 2 WFH)
Job Description:
1. Manage the purchasing process for raw materials and outlet supplies.
2. Monitor inventory levels at the kitchen and outlets to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
3. Conduct regular stock checks and reconciliations (stock opname).
4. Coordinate with suppliers for price negotiation, purchase orders, and delivery schedules.
5. Ensure accurate documentation of incoming and outgoing goods.
6. Maintain an up-to-date supplier database and evaluate vendor performance.
Requirements:
1. At least 1–2 years of experience in procurement or inventory management; F&B background preferred.
2. Strong negotiation, communication, and documentation skills.
3. Familiar with Excel and inventory management tools.
4. Detail-oriented, honest, and able to work with minimal supervision.
