About The Role

  • Conduct regular verification and monitoring of defect cost through Retool.
  • Prepare and process Purchase Requests (PR) and Stock Transfer Requests (STR) in Netsuite.
  • Compile and manage data collection for gallon billing across units using Netsuite.
  • Coordinate and process recurring Purchase Requests for monthly operational needs on a bi-monthly basis in Netsuite.
  • Initiate and manage advance Purchase Requests and Pureve-related procurement.
  • Oversee and administer monthly uniform requests for relevant units.
  • Perform monthly stock opname (inventory checks) within the 1st-10th of each month across designated sites.
  • Process Purchase Requests for tenant-related defect items through Netsuite.
  • Manage the preparation and submission of Purchase Requests for pre-live set requirements to support operational readiness.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from any major.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in related field, fresh graduates with prior internship experience are welcome to apply.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Ms. Excel and Ms. Word) and familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Netsuite.
  • Detail-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle recurring and structured tasks.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Proactive, reliable and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • High integrity and professionalism in handling operational and financial documentation.
