To maintain a high standard of all food preparation, service, and hygiene in their respective Kitchens, according to the standards required by the management.
Requirements
Oral and written fluency in english
Certificate or diploma in food and beverage/hospitality management
Minimum 5 years' experience in an international class hotel
Minimum 1 year of experience in similar capacity
Flexible and adaptable to different working location
