Senior Customer Service for Export & Import
( Freight Forwarding )
Responsibilities:
· Coordinating and processing import and export documentation, including customs declarations, invoices, and shipping manifests
· Liaising with customs authorities, Shipping Line / Air lines, and other stakeholders to ensure timely clearance of goods
· Monitoring shipment status and providing updates to internal and external clients
· Identifying and resolving any issues or discrepancies that arise during the import/export process
· Maintaining accurate records and data related to the company's import and export activities
· Supporting the implementation of new processes and procedures to improve the efficiency of the company's logistics operations
Requirements:
· Minimum Diploma Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation Management or any major
· Minimum 3 years of experience in an export/import or customs clearance role, preferably within freight forwarding industry
· Strong understanding of import and export regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Proficient in using relevant software and systems for tracking shipments and managing logistics data
· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
· Fluency in English and Indonesian, both written and verbal
· Fluency in Mandarin will be an added advantage
