Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and strategic People Acquisition & Culture Specialist who will play a key role in driving the full-cycle recruitment process, managing performance, and cultivating a strong and positive workplace culture. You will be the bridge between talent acquisition and employee engagement, ensuring the alignment of people strategies with the company's overall business goals.

This role is ideal for someone who has HR generalist experience, especially in managing sales teams, performance management, and developing initiatives that promote culture, values, and employee motivation.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for various functions, especially for sales and commercial roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify needs, create job descriptions, and develop sourcing strategies.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and coordinate the onboarding process.

Performance Management

  • Implement and oversee performance appraisal systems across departments, particularly for sales teams.
  • Support line managers with performance coaching, KPI setting, and tracking team progress.
  • Analyze team performance data and work with leadership to create action plans for improvement.

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Champion company culture initiatives and employee engagement programs.
  • Organize training and development sessions to foster career growth and soft skill improvement.
  • Facilitate regular check-ins, feedback loops, and engagement surveys.

HR Administration & Compliance

  • Maintain and update HR systems, employee records, and policies in line with current labor laws.
  • Support management in implementing HR best practices aligned with business objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a generalist or talent acquisition role.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing sales teams and overseeing performance evaluations.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, talent lifecycle, and organizational culture development.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in using HRIS and recruitment platforms.
  • A team player who is proactive, analytical, and solutions-oriented.
