Responsibilities:
- Write compelling ad copies for Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other paid platforms.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop high-performing campaigns.
- Research audience insights and trends to craft impactful messaging.
- Optimize copy performance through A/B testing and data analysis.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, style, and marketing objectives.
- Stay updated with digital advertising trends and beauty market insights.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in copywriting or paid media marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising and conversion-focused writing.
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and verbal).
- Creative, analytical, and detail-oriented — with a passion for beauty and trends.
