This individual will be responsible to lead and develop the strategic direction of assigned watch brands within the distribution portfolio by managing brand positioning, marketing initiatives, retail presence, and partner relationships, in order to drive brand growth, market share, and long-term equity in the market.
Responsibilities
- Develop brand strategy and yearly marketing plans in line with company and principal (brand owner) direction.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline) to increase brand awareness and sales.
- Work with sales and warehouse teams to manage product selection, inventory, and distribution.
- Support stores and resellers with promotions, product training, and in-store marketing materials.
- Coordinate with brand principals on approvals, updates, and performance reporting.
- Manage marketing budgets and analyze campaign performance (ROI, sales impact, etc.).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing.
- 5+ years' brand management or marketing experience.
- Experience in luxury brand management would be a plus point
