Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Proactively identify and solicit new customers to expand the business's market reach.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, quotes, and proposals.
  • Negotiate sales contracts and terms to close deals.
  • Coordinate with the inventory and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of parts.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive industry trends, product innovations, and competitor offerings.
  • Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Utilize data analysis to evaluate sales performance and identify new opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the non-ferrous metal, steel / automotive parts industry.
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Familiarity with automotive systems and components.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
