Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Proactively identify and solicit new customers to expand the business's market reach.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, quotes, and proposals.
- Negotiate sales contracts and terms to close deals.
- Coordinate with the inventory and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of parts.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive industry trends, product innovations, and competitor offerings.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Utilize data analysis to evaluate sales performance and identify new opportunities.
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the non-ferrous metal, steel / automotive parts industry.
A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with automotive systems and components.
