Job Description:

  • Conduct financial performance analysis (profitability by clinic, business unit, doctor, or service) to support strategic decision-making.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for cost efficiency, revenue optimization, and tax planning.
  • Deliver insights for forecasting, business planning, and investment evaluation.
  • Develop tax planning strategies to ensure efficiency while complying with regulations.
  • Stay updated with changes in tax regulations and communicate them to the team.
  • Oversee monthly and annual tax calculations, recording, and reporting (VAT, Income Tax Article 21, 23, and Corporate Tax).
  • Evaluate accounting workflows (procure-to-pay, record-to-report, payroll-to-payment, etc.) to identify inefficiencies.
  • Develop system controls to reduce risks of input errors or fraud.
  • Ensure regular reconciliation of physical stock with system records (daily, monthly, annually).
  • Coordinate with procurement, operations, and warehouse teams to align purchasing with medical and financial needs.
  • Supervise daily financial transaction recording into the General Ledger (GL) in accordance with accounting standards (IFRS).
  • Prepare the company's annual budget based on corporate and departmental business strategies.
  • Coordinate with departments to gather budget needs (bottom-up budgeting) and provide allocation guidance (top-down budgeting).
  • Provide coaching and counseling to team members facing challenges or underperforming against set targets.

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance.
  • Certified in Brevet A & B.
  • Experienced in using ERP and Odoo
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in accounting and taxation.
  • At least 3 years in a Supervisory/Managerial role.
  • Prior work experience in the healthcare services industry is an advantage.
