About the role
RSC' is seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Web Developer to join our dynamic team in West Java, Indonesia. As a contract role, this position offers the opportunity to contribute to the development and enhancement of our cutting-edge web applications. You will be responsible for the full software development lifecycle, from design and implementation to testing and deployment.
What you'll be doing
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Implement front-end and back-end components using the latest web technologies and frameworks
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to best practices
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to teammates
- Troubleshoot and debug issues, and provide timely resolutions
- Continuously research and implement new technologies and methodologies to improve the application's performance and user experience
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Web Developer, with a strong understanding of front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end (e.g., PHP, , Python) technologies
- Proficiency in at least one modern web framework (e.g., React, Angular, ) and one back-end framework (e.g., Laravel, Django, )
- Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Experience with version control systems, such as Git, and CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest web development trends and technologies
