We're Hiring: HR Manager
The HR Manager oversees all human resource functions to support the school's mission and culture. This role manages recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, compensation, and HR policy compliance. The HR Manager works closely with school leadership to build a positive work environment and ensure the school attracts, develops, and retains qualified staff.
Job Description:
- Maintain positive employee relations and promote an engaging, supportive work culture.
- Provide guidance and support to school leaders and staff on HR-related matters.
- Lead the recruitment and onboarding process for academic and non-academic staff, ensuring a smooth hiring experience.
- Oversee the performance appraisal process and support staff development programs.
- Ensure HR policies comply with labor laws and reflect the school's values and standards.
- Manage remuneration and benefits programs to ensure fairness
- Manage payroll, compensation, and employee benefits effectively and accurately.
- Maintain and optimize the HRIS (Human Resource Information System) for accurate and efficient HR data management.
- Support organizational development initiatives to improve structure, efficiency, and staff growth
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree is a plus)
- Minimum 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a supervisory role, or 2 years in a managerial role.
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in all aspects of Human Resources functions
- Certified BNSP HR Manager Level or equivalent professional certification
