Location: Bosch Car Service Kelapa Gading Flagship
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in processing and monitoring purchase orders (PO) for spare parts and service materials.
- Support data analysis of unit entries, such as identify required parts, forecast demand, and ensure stock readiness.
- Help maintain accurate records of purchasing data, delivery schedules, and inventory levels.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Supply Chain and Procurement team.
Qualifications:
- Fresh graduate majoring in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other basic office software (Google Sheets, MS Office).
- Detail-oriented and analytical with strong data accuracy and organization skills.
- Possess valid driving license (SIM A), required for operational support and occasional field coordination.
- Able to work independently and in a team with a proactive attitude.
- Available to join immediately is a plus.
