Location: Bosch Car Service Kelapa Gading Flagship

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in processing and monitoring purchase orders (PO) for spare parts and service materials.
  • Support data analysis of unit entries, such as identify required parts, forecast demand, and ensure stock readiness.
  • Help maintain accurate records of purchasing data, delivery schedules, and inventory levels.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Supply Chain and Procurement team.

Qualifications:

  • Fresh graduate majoring in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other basic office software (Google Sheets, MS Office).
  • Detail-oriented and analytical with strong data accuracy and organization skills.
  • Possess valid driving license (SIM A), required for operational support and occasional field coordination.
  • Able to work independently and in a team with a proactive attitude.
  • Available to join immediately is a plus.
