We're looking for an
IT Support
to ensure the reliability, stability, and performance of our applications. This role focuses on helping end-users with immediate, day-to-day technical issues while maintaining smooth overall operations through proactive monitoring, timely issue resolution, and continuous improvement across people, processes, and technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for users experiencing technical issues and provide responsive support within defined SLAs
  • Provide responsive technical support to assist end-users and resolve incidents or requests within defined SLAs.
  • Monitor system health and performance using tools (e.g.: Zabbix, Datadog), and act on alerts to prevent disruptions.
  • Analyze and address recurring issues by performing root cause analysis and documenting solutions to improve system reliability and user experience
  • Implement process improvements and automation to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless IT service delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) or equivalent experience; STEM background preferred but not mandatory.
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in IT Operations or Technical Support
  • Experience with SQL database queries (PostgreSQL or similar).
  • Experience with system monitoring and performance analysis tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Familiarity with at least one scripting or programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or PHP) is an advantage.
