Job Description:
- Responsible for managing IT projects from initiation through to implementation, ensuring that they are completed within scope, budget, and schedule.
- Collaborate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- To define project objectives, create project plans, allocate resources, and oversee the execution of tasks.
Requirement:
- Experience to handle Banking Project at least 2 years.
- Proficiency with project management tools such MS Project, JIRA, Oranges Scrum, Trello, etc.
- Project management and leadership skills for managing projects and the teams (in cross-functional teams) and also collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members and management and explain technical issues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Organization and time management skills to keep projects on track and within budget
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in IT related education
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
