Job Description:

  • Responsible for managing IT projects from initiation through to implementation, ensuring that they are completed within scope, budget, and schedule.
  • Collaborate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • To define project objectives, create project plans, allocate resources, and oversee the execution of tasks.

Requirement:

  • Experience to handle Banking Project at least 2 years.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such MS Project, JIRA, Oranges Scrum, Trello, etc.
  • Project management and leadership skills for managing projects and the teams (in cross-functional teams) and also collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members and management and explain technical issues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Organization and time management skills to keep projects on track and within budget
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT related education
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
