Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales/Marketing for Business to Government (B2G).
- Preferably understands the needs of healthcare facilities and has experience in Business Development for Electronic Medical Records.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in public, confidence, teamwork ability, and the capability to work under high pressure to meet sales targets.
- Willing to travel extensively across Indonesia.
- Possesses a SIM A and SIM C (Indonesian driving licenses).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Placement Location: Central Java (preferred: Semarang).
- Owns a vehicle for business trips outside the city.
Responsibilities:
- Acquire new customers in the government sector, such as the Health Department, Community Health Centers (Puskesmas), and others, to achieve sales targets and maintain existing customers.
- Build business relationships with customers and act as a problem solver for issues raised by clients.
- Establish connections with relevant partners and/or associations to secure business positions.
- Prepare work reports while managing budgets.
