About the Role
Hakuren Group is looking for a dedicated Human Resources Manager to join our team in Jakarta. This role is central to supporting our people and culture, ensuring we attract, retain, and develop the best talent while creating a positive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with company goals
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and internal staff movements
• Maintain and update manpower plans, budgets, and organizational charts
• Foster employee engagement, teamwork, and a supportive workplace culture
• Oversee performance reviews and guide department heads in managing their teams
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and manage disciplinary matters fairly
• Administer payroll, benefits, compensation reviews, and statutory contributions (e.g., BPJS)
• Design and deliver training and development programs for staff at all levels
• Manage HR documentation, reporting, and internal communications
What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years' HR management experience, preferably in hospitality
• Good command of English is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in HR software and systems
• High integrity and discretion in handling confidential matters
