We are currently seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Creative Designer. In this role, you will be responsible for developing captivating design concepts that align with the Brand identity and guidelines across various media.
Job Description:
- Together with marketing team to craft and develop design concepts based on requirements that align with the Brand identity & guidelines; communications strategy with attractive approach for digital, print media, layout counter and promotion area.
- Manages overall operational excellence. ensuring consistency with global guidelines, while implementing and integrating local relevancy, within budget and timing constraints.
- Ensure compliance to Brand and maintain consistency across all visual content.
- Handle and manage the corporate merchandise and collateral production process (from design, review, revise, to production and maintenance).
- Coordinate and support event management for both internal and external, to ensure flawless execution.
- Document internal events and organize the documentation effectively.
Requirements:
- A degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or related field from reputable universities.
- Good work ethics, project management, and strong will to grow and learn.
- Min. 5+ year of experience in beauty brand or creative agency, with a proven track record of handling a team, Consumer Good Company will be a plus point as a visual merchandiser or creative designer (retail business)
- Proven graphic designing experience, a strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, 3dsmax, Sketchup, After Effect / Adobe Premiere) and other relevant design software, Microsoft Office (basic).
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills with strong conceptual and strategic thinking
- Expertise in design principles, including layout, composition, and typography
- Understand the key to print production (materials, colour profiles, and finishing process) and photo/video production (pre-production, production, post-production)
