Media & Community Relations : Build and maintain strategic relationships with key media, journalists, and community leaders to enhance and protect corporate reputation.
CSR Program Developmen t: Design and implement sustainable Corporate Social Responsibility programs that are aligned with the company's core values and business strategy.
Marketing Tools & Content Supervision : Oversee the production of all marketing collaterals and communication materials, supervising both internal teams and external resources to ensure quality, brand consistency, and timely delivery.
RequirementsBachelor’s Degree (S1) in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or other relevant fields.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in Marketing Communications / Public Relations / Brand Management, with a proven portfolio of successful campaigns and programs.
Proven effectiveness in project management, task delegation, and coordinating with cross-divisional teams and external partners (agencies/vendors).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
Able to work in a structured manner, detail-oriented, creative, and possess strong analytical and reporting skills to measure the impact of communication initiatives.
