Role Description
- Handle daily financial administration (transaction recording, invoices, tax withholding slips, etc.).
- Prepare and submit tax reports (PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 25, VAT, and other applicable taxes).
- Utilize DJP Online / e-Bupot / Coretax applications for tax reporting.
- Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial reports.
- Maintain accuracy and organization of tax documentation and financial records
Qualifications
- Minimum education: Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or Finance.
- Proven experience in financial administration and tax-related work.
- Proficient in MS Office/Excel (Pivot Table & advanced formulas are a plus).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian taxation regulations (PPh 21, 23, 25, VAT).
- Experience using accounting software such as Zahir or Accurate is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, able to work with deadlines, and high integrity.
- Strong Communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Relevant experience in similar roles is a plus
- Willing to work onsite in Surabaya.
