Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Supply Chain Coordinator located near Bandung. The Supply Chain Coordinator will be responsible for managing daily operations, including inventory management, coordinating with suppliers, monitoring shipment schedules, and ensuring seamless delivery processes. The role also entails creating and maintaining relationships with customers and vendors and analyzing supply chain data to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Role Description

As the Supervisor of Supply Chain Management, you will lead the end-to-end supply chain activities, including purchasing of technical components, inventory control, and distribution logistics. Your role bridges vendor management with internal production and warehousing, ensuring that every product is sourced, stored, and delivered in alignment with quality standards and operating procedures.

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee purchasing of materials and components from vetted vendors.
  • Evaluate suppliers for cost-effectiveness, quality, and delivery performance.
  • Align procurement needs with production schedules and warehouse stock.
  • Supervise material receiving, warehouse storage, packing, and outbound shipments.
  • Maintain ERP-based documentation for purchases, inventory, and dispatch.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and support project logistics planning.
  • Enforce discipline, safety, and organization in the warehouse.

  • Diploma or Bachelor's in Engineering, Logistics, or Industrial Management.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement and/or warehouse roles within manufacturing.

Head of Supply Chain

General Description

Head of Supply Chain is responsible for developing and executing a robust end-to-end supply chain strategy that ensures product availability, cost efficiency, and operational excellence in a general trade environment. This role drives alignment between procurement, production, logistics, and distribution while fostering strategic relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement integrated supply chain strategies that align with commercial and operational objectives.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations across procurement, production planning, inventory control, logistics, warehousing, and distribution.
  • Lead demand and supply planning to ensure optimal product availability and cost control.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Product teams to forecast needs and manage supply-demand balance.
  • Establish and track KPIs to monitor operational performance, service levels, and cost efficiency.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain processes and systems.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors, logistics providers, and suppliers to ensure service quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing supply chain team, focusing on capability building and succession planning.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards in all supply chain activities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 15 years' experience in end-to-end supply chain roles, including at least 8 years in a leadership position within FMCG.
  • Proven ability to lead complex supply chain operations across diverse geographies and channels.
  • Strong data analysis, planning, and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP and supply chain systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
