DIMENSIONS OF THE ROLE
- Lead a cross-functional team across HR & GA, and Warehouse & Inventory functions.
- Collaborate with department heads and senior leadership.
- Manage external vendors and service providers.
- Oversee and ensure compliance in operational and government-related documentation and licensing.
- Accountable for performance metrics, cost control, and service quality improvement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Human Resources & General Affairs (HR & GA):
- Lead the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
- Administer payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies aligned with legal standards.
- Manage employee relations, including grievance handling and disciplinary procedures.
- Facilitate employee training, learning, and development programs.
- Oversee the performance management cycle and drive a feedback culture.
- Supervise office management and ensure efficient facility operations.
- Manage corporate documents and ensure up-to-date business licenses.
- Coordinate internal company events and engagement programs.
- Invoice Payment & Operational Budgeting
Warehouse & Inventory Management:
- Lead inventory optimization based on DOI, SOH, ATP targets.
- Ensure compliance with FIFO and FEFO practices.
- Manage inbound, reinbound, and Back-to-Back operations.
- Monitor and optimize aging inventory and supplier performance.
- Oversee stock audits and generate monthly warehouse reports.
- Establish and improve warehouse SOPs using Kaizen and CAPA principles.
Data & Reporting:
- Collaborate with analysts to utilize data insights for operational decisions.
- Ensure accurate and timely performance reporting across departments.
- Maintain project data and dashboards for internal tracking and reporting.
Experience, Knowledge, Qualifications & Competencies
Essential:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in HR, warehouse, and customer operations management.
- Strong leadership and cross-functional team management skills.
- Solid understanding of Indonesian labor law and HR compliance.
- Knowledge of inventory, procurement, and warehouse best practices.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on operational data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Desirable:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
- HR professional certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI, CHRP).
- Certification in HR, Six Sigma, or warehouse management.
- Experience using ERP or inventory management systems.
- Experience in fast-paced or e-commerce-related environments
- Experience in the retail or consumer goods industry.
