Responsibilities
- Act as primary liaison with pharmaceutical principals and managing business relationship to maximize business growth
- Develop and execute strategies, promotion that align with principal objectives and strengthen the company's presence in the market.
- Maintain optimal product availability and distribution efficiency.
- Lead and supervise the sales team in achieving revenue.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, marketing, pharmacy or related field
- 5+ years' of experience in pharmaceutical distribution, healthcare industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Expertise in handling principal management and operational sales.
- Commercial acumen with ability to analyze data and translate insight into strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
