Responsibilities

  • Act as primary liaison with pharmaceutical principals and managing business relationship to maximize business growth
  • Develop and execute strategies, promotion that align with principal objectives and strengthen the company's presence in the market.
  • Maintain optimal product availability and distribution efficiency.
  • Lead and supervise the sales team in achieving revenue.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, marketing, pharmacy or related field
  • 5+ years' of experience in pharmaceutical distribution, healthcare industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
  • Expertise in handling principal management and operational sales.
  • Commercial acumen with ability to analyze data and translate insight into strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
