We are seeking an exceptional
Senior Account Executive / Lead AE / Country Manager
to establish and scale our
Philippines market operations based in Manila
. This is a rare foundational opportunity to own, build, and grow our presence in one of Southeast Asia's most dynamic markets.

Key Responsibilities

Market Leadership & Strategy:

  • Own the Philippines market P&L and develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies to establish QuestionPro's presence in the region
  • Source, qualify, and close enterprise-level deals while building a robust pipeline of opportunities
  • Execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed ambitious revenue targets and KPIs

Business Development & Client Management:

  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting through closure with enterprise clients in the Philippines
  • Engage with qualified leads and C-suite executives, demonstrating the strategic value of QuestionPro's offerings and converting them into long-term commercial customers
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and creating cross-selling and upsell opportunities
  • Own and grow your book of business while expanding market share

Team Building & Scaling:

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team as the market scales
  • Develop and implement sales methodologies, playbooks, and processes tailored to the Philippines market
  • Foster a culture of hustle, hunger, and results-driven performance within your team
  • Coach team members on discovery calls, demos, negotiations, and account management best practices

Collaboration & Market Intelligence:

  • Work closely with global marketing and product teams to provide feedback on local market needs and contribute to product development
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to refine sales strategies
  • Represent QuestionPro at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities in the Philippines

Requirements

Experience:

  • Minimum 6 years of proven success in enterprise SaaS sales, with demonstrated experience in team scaling, go-to-market strategy execution, and P&L management
  • Track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and building territories from the ground up
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle with enterprise clients ($50K+ ACV deals)

Skills:

  • Exceptional communication, articulation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage C-level executives
  • Strong business acumen with proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans
  • Demonstrated capability to work independently and thrive under pressure while meeting aggressive deadlines
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, sales analytics, and forecasting methodologies
  • Fluency in English required; Filipino/Tagalog language skills highly preferred

  • Time Zone Flexibility:
    Willingness to accommodate calls with global teams across EST, CST, and PST time zones when necessary
