Job Description
- Manage and oversee general office operations, including facilities and equipment.
- Organize and manage administrative and logistical needs, such as procurement of goods and services.
- Handle employee needs and office amenities, including security and cleanliness.
- Coordinate with external service providers (e.g., cleaning, security services).
- Manage scheduling and arrangements for meetings, company events, and employee activities.
- Oversee and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Handle office administration, including document management and archiving.
- Manage budget and expenses related to general operations.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Prepare reports on general activities and facility management.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Administration, Psychology or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a startup or agritech environment.
- Strong organizational skills and facility management expertise.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in procurement of goods and services, as well as budget management.
- Proficiency in handling office administration and logistics.
- Willing to travel for business purposes to various regions in Indonesia.
