SALES HVAC
Location: Jakarta
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience in HVAC or MEP projects.
- Knowledge of central AC systems (Chiller, VRV/VRF, AHU, FCU).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Good networking with MEP contractors, consultants, and developers.
- Willing to travel; SIM C required, SIM A preferred.
- Target-driven, able to work under pressure, with strong customer handling skills
Job Description:
- Achieve sales targets for HVAC systems and solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and building owners.
- Identify new opportunities and manage project pipelines.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations.
- Report sales activities and strategies to management regularly.
- Work closely with engineering/project teams to deliver client-specific solutions.
