SALES EXECUTIVE
Requirements:
- Min. SMA / D-III (majoring Architect/Interior Design would be highly considered )
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experiences in the Retail Furniture Industry (having experiences in selling high-end product is a must)
- Good communication, Possess professional appearance & pleasant personality, target oriented, teamwork, good negotiation, good presentation skill, and Able to build a relationship with high-level customers.
- CV / Resume with photograph (face and full body photos).
Responsibilities:
- Follow up on prospective customers and existing customers
- Handle customer requests, complaints and questions about products
- Create a strategy to achieve sales target
- Having Connection with Interior Designer, Architect and Database
SALES PROJECT INTERIOR
Responsibilities:
- To source for new customers, new projects and contracts.
- Achieve the company's target and also to increase the company's turnover.
- Understand and mastering interior products as well as renovations.
- To coordinate with production on schedules, design and technical issues.
- To coordinate with the design and production team regarding types and various interior design projects.
- To conduct product/business presentation and pitching for new customers/contracts.
- To build good rapport and maintain good working relationship with customers.
- To liaise with designers, architects, production, drafters and contractors.
- To seek for the right customers actively and to explore for marketing opportunities.
- To provide customer-focused solutions and to meet the company's business goals.
- To handle daily operational matters including preparation of quotations and tenders.
Requirements:
- Min. D-III Architect / Interior Design, PREFERRED.
- Good customer contact base for developers, building management, architects, commercial, office and design consultants contacts will be an added advantage.
- Having well-groomed appearance and good personality.
- Can work under pressure and targets.
- Self-motivated & able to work independently or in a team.
- Team player with positive attitude and strong customer orientation.
- Have experience in Marketing, preferably Marketing Project Interior. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE SALES PROJECT INTERIOR RESIDENCE HIGH – END.
