Job Description – Customer Service (Travel Agent Industry)
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding travel products and services.
- Provide accurate information on tour packages and travel documents.
- Assist customers with bookings, changes, cancellations, and payment processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, admin) to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional manner.
- Maintain good customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Support marketing or sales team in promoting travel products when needed.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as Customer Service, must from travel agent industry.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking ability.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
- Familiar with travel booking systems or willing to learn quickly.
