Job Description – Customer Service (Travel Agent Industry)
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding travel products and services.
  • Provide accurate information on tour packages and travel documents.
  • Assist customers with bookings, changes, cancellations, and payment processes.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, admin) to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional manner.
  • Maintain good customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Support marketing or sales team in promoting travel products when needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as Customer Service, must from travel agent industry.
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking ability.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
  • Familiar with travel booking systems or willing to learn quickly.
