SALES EXECUTIVE PROPERTY for our real estate & residential project with the key responsibilities:

Sell properties JIHD Group (residential) to prospective buyers including assist buyers through the property purchase process, provide guidance on financing/KPR options, legal and required document.
Deliver excellence customer service to potential buyers by answering questions, proactive communication/broadcast, property tour, etc.
Implement marketing strategies to attract potential buyers, placing ads, actively involved in promoting agreements to close deals.
Regularly update sales reports, target achievement, prospect potential, and strategies to meet goals.

Requirements:

Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Business/Management or related background study
Strong expertise in Sales Property
Ability to actively use social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and others.
Commitment, Honest, and Target Oriented Person
Communicative, Energic, and Good in Team Work
