Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Staff Talent Acquisition professional, based in Semarang, Central Java. The successful candidate will manage the full life cycle of recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates. Responsibilities include implementing employer branding strategies, collaborating with department heads to determine hiring needs, and ensuring the recruitment process aligns with company goals and values. The role also involves building strong talent pipelines for critical roles and maintaining excellent relationships with candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes
  • Strong skills in Interviewing and Hiring top talent
  • Expertise in Employer Branding and implementing strategies to attract talent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to assess and match candidates' skills to organizational needs
  • Proven experience in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
