We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Account Manager Junior to Mid Level to join our team

As the primary point of contact for our valued clients, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring their satisfaction while identifying opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact to ensure smooth communication.
  • Oversee project delivery and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and deliver value.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Account Manager or in Client Relations.
  • Experience in IT/Technology industry is a strong advantage.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts/projects simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving mindset and client-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in standard office software (Excel, Word, Docs, PowerPoint) and project management tools (ClickUp/Jira) is a plus
