Job Descriptions 主要工作职责
  • Handle sea and air freight export customer service.

  • Coordinate with customers, overseas branches, carriers, and internal departments to develop shipment plans and ensure smooth operations.

  • Make bookings and confirm cargo space with airlines, shipping lines, and co-loaders.

  • Prepare and manage shipping documents, enter data into the logistics system, issue invoices, and reconcile accounts with suppliers.

  • Monitor shipment progress and provide regular updates to agents and the team.

  • Prepare monthly Statements of Account (SOA) and follow up with customers on outstanding payments.

  • Support the business and marketing departments, maintaining communication with shipping lines, customs brokers, and trucking vendors.

  • Organize and safeguard all shipment-related documentation

Qualifications 履历经验要求:
  • SMA/SMK or Bachelor degree (S1) in International Trading, Export Import, Maritime Shipping, Port and Logistics or related major (高中及以上学历,国际物流, 国际贸易, 进出口相关专业)
  • Experience in a logistics, shipping, export, document control, trade compliance role (Plus) (优先熟悉海运物流及单证业务)
  • Fluency in Mandarin (Preferred) and Active English (中文及英文流利者优先)
  • Excellent understanding, communication, organization and coordination skills, relationship building skills, and strong sense of teamwork (具备良好的理解能力、沟通能力及组织协调能力,社交能力和团队合作意识强)
  • Hard-working, honest and trustworthy, conscientious in work, strong sense of responsibility, restrictions may be relaxed appropriately for those with excellent conditions (吃苦耐劳,诚实守信,工作认真,责任感强,条件优秀者可适当放宽限制)
