Job Description :
- Manage and monitoring, renewal and updating of Policies/Procedures/DOIs in Collections & Recoveries to ensure that Policies/Procedures/DOIs are update and valid
- Conduct socialization sessions for all Collections & Recoveries employees to ensure understanding of procedures and operational processes related to Collection & Recovery
- Build and enhance awareness of control functions and understanding risk implications among all staff in Collections & Recoveries, ensuring they operate in accordance with their roles and applicable regulations
- Promote and develop a culture of awareness regarding control functions and risk implications across all Collections & Recoveries staff
- Develop and implement operational tools to strengthen control and monitoring processes within the Collections Division, including KCSA, KRI, and Bribery Risk, ensuring alignment with the Bank's standards and requirements
Job Requirements :
- Experience in leading a team
- At Least 5 years' experience in banking especially in Collection & Recovery or Policy & Procedure
- Experienced in Financial analysis is preferred
- Demonstrate ability to derive patterns/trends and risk and reward
- Have good communication and cooperation skills (mastering English will be an added value)
