Responsibilities :
- Developing and implementing brand strategies. This involves defining the brand's identity, target audience, and overall messaging.
- Managing brand consistency. Ensuring that all marketing materials and communications align with the established brand guidelines.
- Creating and managing content. Developing engaging content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and email marketing, to promote the company's hampers.
- Analyzing data and adjusting strategies. Monitoring campaign performance and making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
- Collaborating with other teams. Working closely with content, social media, and design teams to ensure a cohesive brand approach.
- Staying up-to-date on trends. Keeping abreast of the latest trends in the hamper industry and social media to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Building brand awareness. Implementing strategies to increase brand visibility and recognition within the target market.
- Fostering customer loyalty. Creating initiatives to build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in brand management, product marketing, or FMCG/luxury goods, preferably in gifting, or lifestyle industries.
- Proven track record in brand building, campaign execution, and product launch management & Strong understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and storytelling.
- Ability to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, and offline channels.
- Strong sense of aesthetics, design, and consumer trends, especially in premium and festive hampers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills — both in English and local language.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market research, consumer insights, and competitor analysis.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, social media strategies, influencer marketing, and e-commerce platforms.
- Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and external vendors (designers, packaging suppliers, agencies)
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and passion for creating memorable customer experiences.
- Strong leadership with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
