Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Law from reputable university, a master degree will be an added advantage
- Minimum 5 years working experience in managerial level, preferably in garment industry and in multinational company.
- Fluent in English (both oral and written)
- Excellent understanding of corporate law and regulatory law
- Excellent communication skill
- A PERADI license will be a plus
Job Description:
- Responsible for Company's Legal Identities, and any other company's legal identity documentation, maintain & update a variety of legal files and records
- Provide legal assistance with regards to Contract Management, from drafting, negotiating to performance
- Provide corporate legal advise
- Support management level in negotiation, execution and closing of all project documents
