Job Descriptions :
- Identify employee development needs through training needs analysis, talent reviews, and organizational diagnosis aligned with business strategy.
- Design, implement, and evaluate learning programs (training, coaching, mentoring, e-learning) and measure their impact on individual and organizational performance.
- Develop and execute talent management strategies including talent mapping, succession planning, career development, and retention of high-potential employees.
- Drive organizational development initiatives such as structure design, culture reinforcement, engagement programs, and change management to improve effectiveness and productivity.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations on workforce capabilities, program effectiveness, and development needs to support management decision-making.
Job Qualifications :
- Candidate must own at least Bachelor Degree in any major with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a scale of 4.00)
- Having 3-7 years of working experience in related field
- Excellent analytical skill & strong communication skills
