Job Title: Financial Controller

Reporting to: Regional/Group Finance Director (Europe)

Key Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of Finance, Accounting, and Tax Management for the Indonesia entity.
Ensure timely and accurate management reporting to the European headquarters.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and cash flow to support strategic goals.
Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and group policies.
Supervise financial statements, audits, and statutory filings.
Provide financial insights and analysis to support management decision-making.
Strengthen internal controls and process efficiency aligned with the companys lean structure.
Liaise effectively with external auditors, tax authorities, and group finance teams in Europe.

Qualifications
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
1015 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, preferably within engineering, energy, or manufacturing industries.
Proven background working with or in a Western/European multinational environment.
Strong command of English for daily reporting and communication with Europe.
Excellent knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and cost management.
Hands-on, analytical, and proactive professional who thrives in a lean organization.
